accident in Pulaski County resulted in the death of a 30 30-year-old Muldrow resiudentyear-old Oklahoma man ear;y Friday morning according to the Arkansas State Police.
Matthew Leroy Swain from Muldrow was fatally struck by a vehicle as he was crossing Exit 128 toward Interstate 30 westbound from the service road at approximately 4:10 a.m.
Swaim was struck by 2015 Kia Optima traveling west on the interstate. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Kia, whose identity has not been disclosed, was uninjured and remained at the scene to cooperate with authorities.
Police officials said the weather was clear and toe roadway was dry at the time of the accident.
