Judy was last heard from when she contacted her family, mentioning she was in the Miami area. Before coming to Miami, Judy had lived in both Morgan and Bountful, Utah.
Judy was 5’2 and 95-120lbs with red/auburn hair and green eyes. She was born in December 1968. She is case #MP95236 on the NaMus website. From the time Judy went missing until her NaMus case was opened almost 17 years passed.
