Greenwood resident Nickolas Heath Franklin was arrested by the Tulsa Police Department Monday afternoon, June 1st, and booked into the David L Moss Correctional Facility in Tulsa on a $31,000 surety bond.
Franklin, with an extensive drug history, is a frequent flyer in Sebastian County. He was arrested in 2019 on drug charges and again in January of this year with more drugs in tow. Franklin spent a total of 15 days in the Sebastian County Adult Detention Facility and decided to take his talents to Tulsa.
That didn't work out too well.
New charges for the former dealer include Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances, Possessing/Receiving Drug Proceeds, and Felony Heroin Traffic. He remains in jail alongside Jordan Miller who was also arrested on the same charges at the same time.
