According to the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Office public information website, Jason Deconte Henderson was booked into the Sequoyah County Detention Center on July 21st at 11:43 a.m. on charges of Blackmail, Second Degree Rape and Lewd or Indecent Acts/Proposals to a Child.
The Sallisaw man stands accused of the crimes while no information on the charges has been posted to the public court records website.
