A fifty-seven year-old Lowell resident remains behind bars on multiple no-bond holds after a Monday arrest on nineteen felony counts stemming from sexual activity with minors, rape, false imprisonment, video voyeurism, sexual grooming of a child and various child pornography violations.
Ralph Cosio, who lives in the 1500 block of Tudor Street in Lowell, faces on one count of Voyeurism and Sale or Loan of Pornographic Material to a Minor, two counts of Coercion, Endangering Welfare of a Minor, Sexual Indecency with a Child, Sexual Grooming. False Imprisonment, Employing or Authorizing a Child Under 17 in a Sexual Performance, and Producing or Directing a Child Under 17 in a Sexual Performance, and three counts of Rape, according to booking information from Benton County.
Given the ages of the victims, very little has been released concerning the charges. If and when the details are released they will be highly redacted.
