More than four years after the tragic death of Angel Beach, a 25-year-old Native American woman, the case remains a haunting mystery.

The FBI’s Oklahoma City Field Office is still seeking answers--and justice--for the young woman who was gunned down in broad daylight on the Muscogee Creek Reservation. With no arrests made, authorities are now offering a reward of up to $10,000 for information that could finally crack this cold case.

Angel Beach, born May 15, 1995, was a petite woman==standing 5’5” and weighing just 120 pounds--—with striking black hair and brown eyes. On October 19, 2020, her life was cut short in a senseless act of violence.

According to investigators, Beach was walking through the parking lot of the Laundry Station at 6302 South Peoria Avenue in Tulsa when the incident occurred. She had been engaged in a heated verbal argument with a friend when an unknown man approached them.

Witnesses described the suspect as a tall, skinny, light-skinned Black male. Initially, he appeared to intervene, attempting to calm the situation.

But in a shocking turn of events, he drew a firearm and shot Beach before fleeing northwest from the scene. Despite efforts to save her, Beach succumbed to her injuries the following day, October 20, 2020, leaving her family and community devastated.

The Laundry Station parking lot, typically a mundane stop for locals, became the site of a tragedy that has since gone cold. No clear motive has been established, and the suspect remains at large.

The FBI believes someone out there holds the key to solving this case—perhaps a witness who saw the suspect flee or someone who recognizes the description of the elusive shooter.

“We’re asking the public to come forward,” said Special Agent Carla Hensley of the Oklahoma City Field Office. “Even the smallest detail could be the breakthrough we need to bring closure to Angel’s family and hold those responsible accountable.”

The Muscogee Creek Nation, where the crime took place, has also expressed frustration over the lack of progress. Beach’s death is a stark reminder of the challenges faced by Native American communities, where cases of violence sometimes linger unresolved.

The FBI is urging anyone with information to step up. Tips can be submitted by calling the Oklahoma City Field Office at (405) 290-7770, contacting a local FBI office, the nearest American Embassy or Consulate, or submitting online at tips.fbi.gov.

The $10,000 reward remains on the table for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator.
