According to Little Rock Police, a Silver Alert has been issued for a 29 year-old man last seen near the corner of Valmar Street and East 14th on August 4th.
Rodney Owens is descried as standing five feet, seven inches tall and weighing approximately 175 lbs. He also has short, dark hair and was last seen wearing a black tee shirt and camo pants.
