Nathan Page, 36, of Russellvile was fatally injured in a two-vehicle collision involving a tractor-trailer on Bradley Cove Road in Russellville on January 2.
According to the Arkansas Department of Public Safety, the accident occurred around 12:37 a.m. when Page's 2007 Chevrolet pickup truck collided with a Volvo tractor-trailer that was turning left from the east private drive of the Flying J. truck stop.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was not reported to have any injuries.
The incident is currently under investigation.
Officer Brandon Murphy of the Russellville Police Deportment worked the on site investigation and noted foggy weather conditions and a dry pavement at the time of the crash.
