Convicted sex offender Anthony Shane Lockhart, formerly of Muldrow, formerly of Greenwood, rumored to be living in Fort Smith now, remains at-large despite an outstanding felony warrant on a new charge of Failure to Comply with the Child & Sex Offender Registry.
Lockhart was convicted of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault in Arkansas and has been charged on six separate occasions now for failure to register as a sex offender.
Aside from being a convicted sex offender, Lockhart's past convictions have included crimes ranging from Computer Fraud to Second Degree Burglary to Possession of Drugs.
