TIFS Investigates: Past issues involving disgraced NWA businessman also involves 2013 family drama

In the latest twist surrounding disgraced business owner Anthony Christopher, known to many as Anthony Rocko, a police report filed on October 25, 2013, at the Fayetteville Police Department has raised eyebrows throughout the community.

According to the report, Mr. Rocko accused his sister-in-law, Hailey Rocko, of "harassing communications," claiming she has repeatedly sent him rude and disparaging messages through Facebook and text.

We have included a copy of the police report, which we were able to access through a Freedom of Information request with the Fayetteville Police Department, and you can reade it by clicking on this file:

"Mr. Rocko stated that Hailey Rocko sent out group text messages including him and other family members, reportedly making rude comments directed toward him. Despite his requests for her to stop, Mr. Rocko alleges that she continued to message him, even taking to social media with similar remarks. He provided screenshots of these interactions to the Fayetteville Police, who documented his complaints and advised him to contact the City Prosecutor."

However, this latest revelation comes amid a series of allegations against Anthony Christopher that paint a troubling picture.

Christopher, a nightclub owner, was accused in 2017 and 2018 by several individuals of Medicaid fraud. And in a separate, disturbing allegation, he was later accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a patron at his nightclub, Eureka Live.

These accusations suggest a concerning pattern of alleged misconduct that seems to have extended to a strained relationship with his own family members.

In addition, Christopher was sanctioned by a judge in 2020 for berating, harassing, and annoying the minor children of his then husband leading to a "no-contact" order being placed on him by a Benton County judge.

The same judge that awarded Christopher over $3 million in a misguided decision in a civil against the whistleblower who reported his suspected Medicaid fraud barred Christopher from contact with the minors and banned Christopher and his then husband from 'talking negatively about the mother's religion or taking the children to 'drag shows or other LGBTQ events'."

As Today in Fort Smith continues its investigation into the mounting allegations surrounding Mr. Christopher, this report against his sister-in-law raises questions about his motivations and credibility.

Is this merely a family dispute, or does it point to something more deeply rooted? One thing is certain—this isn’t the first time Mr. Christopher has found himself at the center of controversy.

Stay tuned as Today in Fort Smith unravels the latest chapter in the ongoing saga of Anthony Christopher.
