OKLAHOMA CITY (Feb. 19, 2025) -- Multi-County Grand Jury indictments from last November have been unsealed in cases involving two individuals facing separate charges.
Andrea McNeely, 34, faces three felony counts of distributing a controlled dangerous substance (CDS - marijuana), possessing a CDS with intent to distribute and possession of unlawful proceeds.
McNeely was operating a marijuana dispensary business called the Gas Station Dispensary at 9903 S.E. 15th Street in Midwest City.
The business was operating without an active license and sold marijuana unlawfully as a result. In Oklahoma, a dispensary must have a license from the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Authority and an Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics registration to lawfully possess marijuana.
In a separate indictment, Zhong Chen, 56, faces one felony count of commercial gambling. He is accused of operating a makeshift casino at 3010 N. Classen Boulevard in Oklahoma City, where he took bets and set up gambling machines.
"These indictments showcase the ongoing efforts of the Multi-County Grand Jury to address a range of criminal activities in our state," said Attorney General Gentner Drummond. "Their work shows a commitment to upholding the law and protecting the wellbeing of our communities."
